Homestead Hall
Homestead Hall is a three-story, suite-style residence hall accommodating up to 149 students. There are two main room styles: single-style, where residents each have their own bedroom and share the suite with three others, and double-style, where residents will share a bedroom with another resident while sharing the suite with two others. Each room includes a kitchenette and shared living space in addition to the bedrooms. Each suite includes a couch, two chairs, a coffee table and an end table in the living space. The kitchenette has a sink, microwave, and refrigerator. Included in the bedrooms are a Twin-XL bed, desk set and two-drawer dresser for each student. There are two spacious lounges and five study areas available throughout the facility. Laundry facilities and a community kitchen are located in the basement.
Eisenhower, Roosevelt and Washington Halls
Eisenhower, Roosevelt, and Washington Halls are spacious apartment-style residence halls accommodating up to 240 students. The apartments include a full kitchen and living room space. Bedrooms are all double-bedrooms and most apartments are for four persons with two full bathrooms. A limited number of two-person apartments are available with one shared bathroom. Each apartment includes a couch and loveseat in the living room while the kitchen includes either a table and chairs or a bar and barstools, depending on the layout. Kitchen appliances include a refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher; a microwave will need to be provided by the resident group. Each bedroom has two desk sets and two Twin-XL beds. A laundry facility is on the East side first floor of each building, while Washington Hall has a rec room.
Woodhaven Hall
Woodhaven Hall is a suite-style residence hall with a variety of room styles. Each student will have a closet, dresser, desk, chair, and a Twin-XL bed. Quad suites have a vanity area shared for each bedroom. Each suite has a kitchenette with a refrigerator and microwave.
The Quad style, also referred to as double-adjoining, suites are for four residents. They have two double bedrooms adjoined by the shared kitchenette area. These are the most common room styles in the hall.
The Double style, also referred to as single-adjoining, suites are for two residents. They have two single bedrooms adjoined by the shared kitchenette area. This room style is extremely limited and is typically reserved by returning students.
Due to increased demand on the Lincoln Campus, select quads/double-adjoining suite rooms have been converted to Triples (housing three residents in each room) to accommodate more residents on campus at a reduced rate.
A limited number of ADA rooms are available with approved accommodations through our Accommodations Resource Office.
Meadow and Prairie Halls

Pioneer Complex
The Pioneer Complex is an apartment-style residence hall on the Milford Campus. It can accommodate up to four residents per apartment. All bedrooms are shared double-bedrooms. Each apartment has four Twin-XL beds, two desks (shared per bedroom), a kitchen table, four chairs, refrigerator, stove/oven, garbage disposal, sofa, lounge chair, coffee table, and end table. Students will have to bring a microwave.
