All participants will need to complete a waiver to participate in Technology Day (if under the age of 19, it must be signed by a parent or guardian). Please complete the Technology Day Waiver, print and sign. If you are under the age of 19, your parent or guardian will need to sign the waiver. Please return your completed waiver to admissions@southeast.edu or you may turn it in at check-in on the day of the event.
