This student-built house features 1,776 square feet of open living space with a Great room, Dining room and a "U"-shaped Kitchen centered around a large island. It includes three bedrooms, with the Master suite offering an en-suite bathroom and a spacious walk-in closet. A guest bathroom serves the other two bedrooms, and a convenient laundry/mudroom is positioned near the entryway from a potential garage. Large windows and a sliding glass door flood the home with natural light.

Our Building Construction Technology program offers hands-on training in carpentry, masonry, construction, drafting, and estimating. Students gain practical experience by building a house during the Fall semester, which is auctioned upon completion. This real-world project, in partnership with professional organizations, helps develop leadership skills for a successful career in construction.
