Program Description

If you strive to serve others in non-commercial organizations such as hospitals, schools, long-term care and corrections facilities, our Dietary Manager program is the perfect fit for you. Our program is offered online and can be completed in as little as one semester. We have designed the program to prepare you for management of Food and Nutrition Services departments.

  4. Submit ACT, SAT, Next Generation Accuplacer, or Accuplacer test scores (reading and math) or official college transcripts showing completion of post-secondary coursework in English and math to the Admissions Office at any 泡芙视频app location.


Special Program Requirement:

  • A grade of 鈥淐鈥� or higher is required for all Dietary Manager courses to graduate from the program.


Approvals and Affiliations

This program is approved by the Association of Nutrition & Foodservice Professionals (ANFP); students are eligible for ANFP Pre-Professional membership. Graduates of this program are eligible for professional membership to ANFP and are eligible to sit for the CDM庐, CFPP庐 Credentialing exam. The CDM庐, CFPP庐 credential meets the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) regulations requirement for directors of food and nutrition at Long-Term Care Facilities.
